Atalanta prepare new bid for Jonathan Rowe

Nico Schira reports that Bologna have rejected a second €38m offer from Atalanta for Jonathan Rowe. The winger wants to join Atalanta and has an agreement in principle on a contract through 2031, with another bid expected within 48 hours.
