Bologna resist Atalanta approach for Rowe

Alfredo Pedullà reports that Bologna are currently unwilling to negotiate with Atalanta over a move for Rowe. Atalanta are expected to return with an improved bid after an offer worth €30m plus €5m in add-ons, but talks are currently stalled.
