According to Fabrizio Romano, Atlético Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has moved to end speculation over Julián Álvarez’s future. Cerezo stated that despite a complicated summer filled with constant questions about the Argentine striker, he has always been and remains an Atlético Madrid player. The club president stressed that they never had any intention of selling him.
