Chelsea reject Roma approach for Gittens

CaughtOffside reports that Chelsea have turned down an offer from Roma for winger Jamie Gittens. The 22-year-old, who joined the Blues from Borussia Dortmund last summer, had a difficult first season at Stamford Bridge, but manager Enzo Alonso is reluctant to weaken Chelsea’s wide attacking options.
