Dani Carvajal move to Getafe collapses

Dani Carvajal Real Madrid Spain · full-back · 34yrs View timeline →

Foot Mercato reports that Dani Carvajal’s proposed move to Getafe appears to have fallen through unexpectedly. Getafe president Ángel Torres categorically denied that the former Real Madrid full-back would be joining the club when questioned by El Chiringuito on Wednesday. The report therefore indicates that the transfer is no longer expected to proceed, although no further details about the reasons for the collapse or any financial terms were provided. Carvajal’s current club is not identified in the available text, so his departure club cannot be established from the source.
