Fabrizio Romano reports that Inter are making progress in negotiations to extend Carlos Augusto’s stay at the club beyond summer 2028. The Italian side intends to reach an agreement with the Brazilian left-back before the end of the year. The discussions concern a new contract with Inter rather than a potential transfer to another club, and no financial details have been reported.
