Ipswich agree Palacios deal with Leverkusen

Get German Football News reports that Ipswich Town have reached a verbal agreement with Bayer Leverkusen to sign Exequiel Palacios. The transfer is reportedly worth €30m including bonuses, with the agreement not yet confirmed as completed.
