Jackson agrees terms with Villa and Atlético

According to RMC Sport, Nicolas Jackson has agreed personal terms with both Aston Villa and Atlético Madrid. The clubs are negotiating with Chelsea over a package worth approximately £65m including bonuses, with Villa currently leading the race.
