Liam Delap set for Nottingham Forest move

The Guardian reports that Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal worth up to £50m to sign Liam Delap from Chelsea, including £5m in add-ons. Chelsea have also opened discussions with Aston Villa over a potential Nicolas Jackson transfer.
