Lisandro Martinez future at Manchester United in doubt

BBC Sport reports that Lisandro Martinez’s future at Manchester United is uncertain, with the club’s plans for the defender featuring in Thursday’s transfer gossip. The same report says Manchester United and Arsenal are monitoring Newcastle player Bazoumana Toure, while Getafe are interested in free agent Jadon Sancho. Martinez’s situation is the main subject of the headline, but the available information does not identify a concrete offer, agreement or destination for him. The report therefore indicates uncertainty rather than an advanced move, while the other transfer links are mentioned as additional items in the roundup.
