Liverpool open talks for Ismaïla Sarr

Fabrizio Romano reports that Liverpool have opened negotiations to sign Ismaïla Sarr after their deal for Yankuba Minteh collapsed over Brighton’s demands. Liverpool have submitted a proposal worth around £50m, while Sarr is keen on the move; Crystal Palace have rejected two offers from Galatasaray.
