Liverpool reach verbal agreement for Bradley Barcola

According to Florian Plettenberg, Liverpool have reached a verbal agreement with Paris Saint-Germain for Bradley Barcola after working on the deal for several months. The report says the winger had already been a Liverpool target last summer.
