Liverpool’s £60m second bid for Minteh rejected by Brighton

According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, Liverpool have had a second offer for Yankuba Minteh turned down by Brighton & Hove Albion. The improved bid of £60m follows an initial proposal of £50m, with Brighton reportedly holding out for a fee closer to £70m for the 22-year-old winger.
