Man United make £65m offer for Brighton’s Baleba, personal terms agreed

The Guardian reports that Manchester United have submitted a £60m bid plus £5m in add-ons for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, with the club confident of completing the deal for under £75m. The 22-year-old Cameroon international has already agreed personal terms, though Brighton’s valuation remains higher than United’s current offer. Baleba would become United’s third midfield signing of the summer, following Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos.
