Manchester City agree deal for Allan Elias

The Guardian reports that Manchester City have reached an agreement worth €37.5 million plus €2.5 million in add-ons to sign Palmeiras winger Allan Elias. The move could facilitate Savinho’s departure, while City are also in advanced talks to sell Nico González to Newcastle.
