Milan working on Alphadjo Cisse contract renewal

Calciomercato.com reports that Milan have started working on a new contract for Alphadjo Cisse after his impressive early-season form. The young forward scored twice against Bologna and has now registered seven goals in ten matches across Serie A and the Europa League, making him the club’s leading scorer. Fabrizio Romano says Milan want to secure Cisse’s future with improved terms, although his current deal already runs until 2030. The proposed change would therefore focus primarily on increasing his reported annual salary of €500,000 rather than extending the contract’s duration. Cisse’s performances have made him one of the most positive developments of Milan’s campaign.
