Rayan Philippe joins Paderborn on loan

According to Florian Plettenberg, SC Paderborn have reached a full agreement with Hamburger SV for Rayan Philippe. The 25-year-old striker will move on loan with an option to buy, with a medical and contract signing scheduled for Tuesday.
