Fabrizio Romano reports that Real Madrid have closed the door on a possible January departure for Rodrygo, who is recovering well and expected to remain with the club this season. The report does not indicate that any transfer agreement is being discussed for the Brazil international. Romano also states that Arda Güler is set to sign soon, while Thibaut Courtois is next in line and contract talks for Jude Bellingham are being planned. The latter updates concern other Real Madrid players, but Rodrygo’s continued stay is the main subject of the report.
