Torino reject Roma approach for Alessio Cacciamani

Calciomercato.com reports that Torino sporting director Gianluca Petrachi addressed Roma’s interest in Alessio Cacciamani before the clubs’ meeting. Petrachi said the winger is appreciated by Roma and by their coach Gian Piero Gasperini, but explained that Torino had decided not to consider his departure unless a very significant offer arrived. According to the director, an important proposal was received, yet it was not enough to change the club’s position. Petrachi also suggested that Cacciamani could contribute from the bench against Roma, with the final decision left to the coach based on the opponents. The comments came during a DAZN pre-match interview.
