Barcelona renew interest in Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni

Calciomercato.com reports that Barcelona have renewed their interest in Inter centre-back Alessandro Bastoni. The Italy international is described as open to a possible move to the Catalan club, while sporting director Deco continues to consider him among Barcelona’s targets. Bastoni is reportedly disappointed by the situation and has set a condition for a potential agreement, although the specific condition is not detailed in the available report. Last summer, Hansi Flick, then Barcelona’s head coach, did not approve the defender’s signing. The report now indicates that Flick has changed his position, leaving the possibility of a Barcelona approach open. No agreement or formal transfer has been confirmed.
